Leadership Training

Xingzhi Group leadership training is unique in China in that Xingzhi have adopted the principles of Meta Leadership, which go against the grain of the traditional rigid, hierarchical Chinese mentality and organization and corporate structure. Meta Leadership, formulated by J.F Kennedy School of Government, operates on the principle of influence and activation of change beyond the existing formal roles and confines.  Leaders who follow such principles work across boundaries, with a broad purpose in mind, a characteristic that is currently lacking in Chinese companies and organisations. In our training programs under the Meta Leadership banner, we first introduce the theory of Meta Leadership and then, via classroom and outdoor activities, apply them in practice.
